Hanson Dodge wins at the 38th Annual Telly Awards for their work for Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin and SOG Specialty Knives and Tools.
Hanson Dodge was awarded a Bronze Telly Award in the General Health and Wellness category for Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin’s “Little Sparks of Light” TV spot. Children’s is the region’s only independent health care system dedicated solely to the health and wellbeing of children. Already known as a national leader in pediatric care, Children’s partnered with Hanson Dodge to increase its market share by conveying its mission and expertise.
Hanson Dodge was also awarded a Bronze Telly Award in the Business-to-Consumer Campaign category for SOG Knives and Tool’s “Mission-Grade” campaign. SOG partnered with Hanson Dodge to attract a larger outdoor enthusiast audience to SOG’s new line of multi-tools.
With over 12,000 entries from all 50 states and five continents, this year’s competition has been one of the most successful and competitive in the long history of the Telly Awards. "We are extremely proud to once again recognize outstanding productions in the film and video industry." said Executive Director Linda Day. "The quality of work submitted each season continues to exceed our expectations."
Founded in 1979, the Telly Awards is the premier award honoring outstanding content for TV and Cable, Digital and Streaming, and Non-Broadcast distribution. Winners represent the best work of the most respected advertising agencies, production companies, television stations, cable operators, and corporate video departments in the world.
A prestigious judging panel of 600+ accomplished industry professionals, each a past Winner of a Silver Telly and a member of The Silver Telly Council, judged the competition, upholding the historical standard of excellence that Telly represents. The Silver Council evaluated entries to recognize distinction in creative work – entries do not compete against each other, rather entries are judged against a high standard of merit. Less than 10 percent of entries are chosen as Winners of a Silver Telly, their highest honor. Other outstanding work is awarded a Bronze Telly.
