Journal Sentinel Top Work Places 2015

This is the second consecutive year that HDC has been recognized on the list. In 2014, the agency ranked No. 30 out of 75 Top Small Workplaces in southeastern Wisconsin. The Top Workplaces section ranks organizations and businesses based on employee feedback about their job and their manager.

“It’s a great honor to be recognized as a top-five workplace in the Milwaukee area,” HDC CEO Ken Hanson said. “We work hard to be a destination for the most talented people and provide a place where they can be themselves and do the best work of their careers.”

HDC employees praised the company's philosophy and direction to work with active, healthy and sustainable clients, reliable and transparent teammates and leaders, a satisfying work-life balance and a commitment to the community as factors that make HDC an excellent place to work.

WorkplaceDynamics, the Journal Sentinel’s Top Workplaces partner, surveyed 250 companies and more than 67,000 employees in southeastern Wisconsin in 2015. Participating companies are separated in three categories based on size: small, medium and large.

This year’s list includes the top 25 large companies (500 or more employees in southeastern Wisconsin), the top 50 midsize companies (150 to 499 employees in the region) and the top 75 small companies (with 50 to 149 employees in the region).
