‘The Board,’ a game-changing microsite and social campaign designed to bring the iconic K-Swiss brand back to prominence, launched last week to a global audience.
The campaign was built to inspire, and be led by, the next generation of young entrepreneurs. It takes brand engagement to the next level by offering real-life business experience and exposure to 100 creative and connected applicants who will be chosen to make up The Board. Renowned DJ, producer and entrepreneur Diplo will serve as The Board’s director and recruit a panel of marketing experts to work with the aspiring entrepreneurs to make decisions that will impact the future of the heritage sneaker brand.
K-Swiss tapped Hanson Dodge Creative to create the online experience for The Board and amplify it via social media.
“This campaign is both timely and daring. K-Swiss’ identification of the millennial entrepreneur is a breakthrough marketing strategy,” said HDC CEO Ken Hanson. Hanson oversaw the creative and strategic direction of the campaign for HDC.
