Cultivate by Standard Process

In the 2015 Aster Awards for medical marketing excellence, HDC and Cultivate received a Gold for logo design and a Silver for cultivateonsite.com, which was developed by HDC and launched in February of 2014. The website provides business leaders with a complete picture of Cultivate’s on-site scalable wellness offering and how it can deliver tangible, meaningful results within their organization — including controlling healthcare trends and creating a culture of wellness.

The 32nd Annual Healthcare Advertising Awards featured 39 entry categories. HDC and Cultivate received a Bronze Award in the brochure category for the Cultivate on-site wellness brochure and a Merit Award in the website category for cultivateonsite.com.

“Our ongoing partnership with Hanson Dodge Creative has been critical to the early success of Cultivate by Standard Process,” Jerry Curtin, president of Cultivate, said. “It’s incredibly rewarding to see the results of that partnership be recognized with these awards and the reaction to our evidence-based wellness program has been outstanding. Many companies are embracing a chiropractic led program because it truly is the preventive answer that delivers a real return on investment."

Dan Herwig leads the creative direction for HDC’s work with Cultivate. “It’s an honor to receive a pair of Healthcare Advertising Awards and a pair of Aster Awards for our work with Cultivate,” Herwig said. “Cultivate works hard to improve the health and wellness of employees through on-site programs. We are proud to be their agency partner and thrilled to be able to deliver award-winning work for them.”

The Aster Awards Program is dedicated to recognizing America’s most talented healthcare marketing professionals for outstanding excellence in advertising. Winning entries are judged by a diverse panel of design and healthcare marketing professionals with decades of combined experience. Entries are judged on creativity, layout/design, typography, production, quality and overall effectiveness. Winning entries are published in Marketing Healthcare Today magazine.

With more than 3,500 entries received in 2015, the Healthcare Advertising Awards is the largest and oldest healthcare advertising awards competition and one of the 10 largest advertising competitions in the country overall. The awards, sponsored by Healthcare Marketing Report, are judged on the following criteria by a national panel: creativity quality, message effectiveness, consumer appeal, graphic design and overall impact. This year, only 267 entries earned Bronze Awards.

This is the third consecutive year that HDC has been honored by the Healthcare Advertising Awards. In 2014, HDC received a Bronze Awardin the Total Advertising with TV category for its “Kids deserve the best” campaign for Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin. In 2013, HDC’s “Newborn and Fetal Concerns Video” for Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin earned a Merit Award.
