For the third consecutive year, Hanson Dodge Creative (HDC) has been selected as one of Outside magazine’s Best Places to Work.
Each year, Outside recognizes the top 100 companies in the United States that help their employees strike the ideal balance between work and play. These companies encourage employees to lead an active lifestyle, are eco-conscious and prioritize giving back to the community. The entire list of winners appears online at www.outsideonline.com/dreamjobs.
HDC was first named one of Outside’s Best Places to Work in 2012. This year, the agency was ranked 66th out of 100 companies. For the third consecutive year, Outside recognized HDC’s community involvement and active lifestyle culture — highlighted by employee perks such as on-site yoga classes and kayak rentals — as key factors in the agency’s ranking. Surveyed employees cited collaboration and creativity as attributes that make HDC great.
“We want people to come to Hanson Dodge Creative to do the best creative work of their lives. To accomplish that, we work hard to foster an active, creative and positive atmosphere that allows our employees to pursue their passions,” Ken Hanson, HDC Founder and CEO, said. “To be recognized as one of OUTSIDE’s Best Places to Work for the third year running is a reflection of our commitment to doing work that inspires and transforms. We couldn't be more proud.”
“If you’re considering a career change or searching for your dream job, Outside’s Best Places to Work list is the first place to look,” said Outside Executive Editor Michael Roberts. “These companies set the standard for workplaces that really value their employees and offer an experience that’s fulfilling inside and outside the office.”
